The terms shall be read carefully by You (“User”), and are applicable towards all property provided by Anavrin Digital Services Inc (“DAILY USER REVIEWS”)

DAILY USER REVIEWS serves as an innovative provider of services related to the examination and evaluation of household, office use, electronic and non-electronic products, delivering feedback through various means, including but not limited to reviews, analyses, videos, frequently asked questions, and articles (collectively referred to as the “Service(s)”).

4. User Accounts. To access certain features or services on the Website, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify DAILY USER REVIEWS immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

5. Intellectual Property. All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, and the overall design of the Website, is the property of DAILY USER REVIEWS or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.     • 6.A.6 To amass or retain personal information concerning other users of the Site, with or without commercial intent, absent their consent. This encompasses the publication of phone numbers, addresses, or any other confidential information without the explicit authorization of the User.

DAILY USER REVIEWS is not responsible for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources. You acknowledge and agree that DAILY USER REVIEWS is not responsible or liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of or reliance on such websites or resources.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties. The Website and Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. DAILY USER REVIEWS disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

    • 8.A The warranties pertaining to each product discussed or referenced on the Site are furnished by the respective manufacturers or distributors of said product. DAILY USER REVIEWS neither produces nor distributes any of the products assessed or mentioned on the Site. DAILY USER REVIEWS offers no assurance with respect to the products identified on the Website.
    • 8.B Interactions or associated activities involving the User and third parties, encompassing payment transactions and the delivery of goods, are exclusively between the User and the respective third party. The User acknowledges that DAILY USER REVIEWS bears no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage of any kind sustained as a consequence of engaging in transactions with third parties. Inquiries, grievances, or assertions concerning any product or Service ought to be addressed to the pertinent vendor.
    • 8.C DAILY USER REVIEWS hereby renounces all responsibility, regardless of its foundation in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory. DAILY USER REVIEWS shall not be held accountable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the utilization of, or the incapacity to use, the Services.
    • 8.D Notwithstanding any other clauses contained within this Agreement, in the event that DAILY USER REVIEWS is determined to be legally responsible to the User for any damages or losses stemming from or in any manner related to the utilization of the Services, the maximum liability of DAILY USER REVIEWS shall not surpass the greater sum of CAD $100.00.

9. Liability. In no event shall DAILY USER REVIEWS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Website or Services.

    • 9.A DAILY USER REVIEWS bears no liability for any omissions, inaccuracies, or unreliability of the Material presented on the Site. All information supplied by DAILY USER REVIEWS is presumed to be accurate at the time of publication on the Site. The User must validate information with the merchant site and review the merchant’s terms and conditions prior to making any purchase. Any reliance on the content or other material of the Site is solely at the User’s risk.

10. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless DAILY USER REVIEWS, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to attorney’s fees, arising from your use of the Website or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any third party.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Province of Ontario, Canada for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Website or Services, and elect city and district of Toronto, Province of Ontario as  primary domicile.

12. Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be deemed severable from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

13. Waiver. No waiver of any term or condition of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition, and DAILY USER REVIEWS ‘s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

14. Termination. DAILY USER REVIEWS reserves the right to terminate your access to and use of the Website and Services, with or without cause, at any time and without notice. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

16. Commission. Any of the Commissions, fees or any and all other compensation obtained by DAILY USER REVIEWS shall be the sole and exclusive property of DAILY USER REVIEWS, User shall not receive any commissions and/or any compensation for the use of the Site.

 

No provision within these Terms shall be interpreted as establishing a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between DAILY USER REVIEWS and the User.

Should any provision of these Terms be deemed unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the validity of the remaining provisions within these Terms shall remain unaffected.
