1. Giveaway Source. It is my sole pleasure to spoil my viewers once in a while. All giveaway items are purchased solely with my funds. There is no other sponsor involved.
2. Affiliation. This giveaway is not affiliated with YouTube or anyone else except for the Roman Does Consumer Tips channel and our website – www.DailyUserReviews.com
3. The giveaway is free to enter. Anyone can participate as long as contest rules are followed. However, if you are under 12 years of age, please ask your parents or a guardian to participate on your behalf.
4. Winner Selection will be done live by randomly pulling names from the list of participants by use of a software. The first one drawn is the winner. To cover a situation where the winner is not reachable, we will select 5 people in total from the participants’ list and will contact them in the order they were pulled if a person before them fails to respond.
5. Contact method and Delivery. We will verify your subscription status with the data provided in the contest intake form. After that, if all requirements have been fulfilled, such as Like and Comment under the contest video, we will attempt to contact you via the provided email.

      2. We will cover the shipping cost and provide you with a tracking number within 15 calendar days. However, the winner is solely responsible for any import charges required by local authorities where applicable.
6. Winner Duty. Upon receipt of the item, within the first 24 hours, you have to take a picture with it and post it on any social media platform of your choice with a “Thank you” note and a link to the Roman Does Consumer Tips channel or any of our videos.
7. Quantity of the giveaway items: only one Xbox Series X Starfield Controller will be given away.
