3. Giveaway results will be announced on the 27th of August 2023 live (time TBA) at https://www.youtube.com/c/RomanDoes
4. I will attempt to contact you only once. Live presence is not mandatory but highly encouraged during the giveaway. If not present, you have to respond within 24 hours to our email if you are selected as a winner. If not answered, We will give it away to someone else.
5. Once you receive the item, you have to take a picture and make a 1-minute video with the item and post it on any social media platform with a “Thank you” note and a link/tag to the Roman Does Consumer Tips channel or any of our videos within 48 hours.
6. If shipping the item to you will cost more than the item itself or appear to be unreasonably priced due to remote and hard-to-reach locations, we may offer a monetary value of the item as a substitute instead.
7. Multi-Entry. As there will be several items during this giveaway (exact items to be announced in the upcoming videos, so make sure you watch all of them), each participant will be able to win only one item and will be removed from the participant list going forward. However, if you want to try your luck again during the live stream, each $15 donation during the stream will give you the chance for the next round re-entry. This is an optional feature we will be trying this time to keep odds even for all participants.

Here are some legal points I have to cover in the Terms and Conditions for this giveaway:

1. Giveaway Source. It is my sole pleasure to spoil my viewers once in a while. All giveaway items are purchased solely with my funds. There is no other sponsor involved.
2. Affiliation. This giveaway is not affiliated with YouTube or anyone else except for the Roman Does Consumer Tips channel and our website – www.DailyUserReviews.com
3. The giveaway is free to enter. Anyone can participate as long as contest rules are followed. However, if you are under 12 years of age, please ask your parents or a guardian to participate on your behalf.
4. Winner Selection will be done live by randomly pulling names from the list of participants by use of a software. The first one drawn is the winner. To cover a situation where the winner is not reachable, we will select 5 people in total from the participants’ list and will contact them in the order they were pulled if a person before them fails to respond.
5. Contact method and Delivery. We will verify your subscription status with the data provided in the contest intake form. After that, if all requirements have been fulfilled, such as Like and Comment under the contest video, we will attempt to contact you via the provided email.

      2. We will cover the shipping cost and provide you with a tracking number within 15 calendar days. However, the winner is solely responsible for any import charges required by local authorities where applicable.
